Whole Foods Presents the Dallas Observer Iron Fork, a grand tasting event that will take place on Wednesday, May 8, 2013 at the Dallas Contemporary. The center stage will feature the Chef Challenge Moderated by Restaurateur Kent Rathbun. Returning Champion Scott Romano will battle Matt McCallister of FT33. It’s simple: each chef will receive a basket of ingredients, including one mystery ingredient. It's up to them to battle for the glory and the coveted Iron Fork award.

During the event, attendees will enjoy the chef challenge, tastings from local restaurants, live music, alongside wine, beer and cocktail samplings. Tickets are On Sale Now at and a portion of the proceeds will benefit March of Dimes. Guests must be 21+.

General Admission Tickets: $30 - $50
VIP Early Admission Tickets: $65 - $90

VIP Includes:
Early Admission at 6pm for sampling the restaurants, as well as Wine, Beer & Cocktail sampling before the general public in the main space. Complimentary Valet before 6:30pm. From 7-10pm - In and out access to the VIP room throughout the entire night, which includes cocktail samplings, gift bags and exclusive sampling of top restaurants in Dallas.
